Delivery and timing

Can you deliver a porta potty today?

Same-day delivery runs Monday through Saturday for orders placed by 12 p.m. when a truck is open. A $95 rush fee is added and shown on the quote. Most same-day units within about 40 miles of Youngstown arrive that afternoon.

Can I get a porta potty within the next two hours?

A 2-hour arrival is possible when a truck is working nearby, mostly in Youngstown, Boardman, Austintown and Niles. Dispatch tells you the realistic window on the call before you pay.

Can you deliver tomorrow?

Next-day delivery is the normal schedule for orders placed after noon, Monday through Friday. Next-day orders do not pay the rush fee.

Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

Saturday deliveries run for same-day and route orders when trucks are open. Sunday has no deliveries or pickups.

Can you drop it off Saturday and pick it up Sunday?

Weekend events get the unit on Thursday or Friday and pickup on Monday, at no extra charge. A same-day drop and pickup, such as a park that bans overnight units, can be quoted separately.

If you deliver early on Friday, do I pay for extra days?

Early delivery costs nothing extra. Event rentals cover 1–3 days, so a Friday drop and Monday pickup is the same price as a one-day rental.

What time will the driver arrive?

Deliveries run in daytime windows rather than set times. The driver texts when on the way and again with a photo once the unit is set. Ask for an early slot if you have a deadline.

How far ahead should I book?

Standard units need 1–2 days, accessible units about 1 week, and restroom trailers about 2 weeks. Graduation weekends in late May and June and wedding Saturdays book out first.

What is the latest I can call for this weekend?

Call by noon Thursday for a Friday drop. Friday calls before noon often still work for standard units, but the selection is smaller.

Do I need to be there when it is delivered or picked up?

Nobody needs to be there if the spot is marked and the gate is open or the code is shared. The driver photographs the unit after setting it.

Will the driver call before arriving?

The driver texts or calls the on-site number before arriving. Put a cell number on the order that someone will answer.

Can I pick up the porta potty myself?

Customer pickup is not offered. Units must be moved on our trucks so the tanks stay secured and level.

Do you deliver to a field or park with no address?

Fields, farms, campgrounds and ball fields are fine. Send a GPS pin or cross streets, and mark the spot with a flag or cone.

Can you deliver after 5 p.m.?

Evening delivery is not scheduled. For an evening event, the unit arrives earlier that day or the day before.

Pricing and fees

How much does it cost to rent a porta potty for a day?

A standard porta potty starts at $225 for 1 to 3 days, including delivery and pickup within 30 miles of Youngstown. Sales tax is added, and farther ZIPs get a distance charge on the quote.

How much is a porta potty for a month?

A standard unit for a job site or long rental starts at $185 per 28 days with weekly service included, plus a one-time $65 delivery and pickup charge.

How much for a weekend?

A weekend event uses the 1–3 day rate: from $225 for a standard unit, delivered Thursday or Friday and picked up Monday.

Do you rent by the hour?

Rentals are priced by event (1–3 days) or by 28-day cycle, not by the hour. A 4-hour party pays the event rate.

Is delivery and pickup included?

Delivery and pickup are included in event prices inside 30 miles. Long-term rentals show a one-time $65 delivery and pickup line.

Is the delivery fee per unit or per order?

Delivery is per address, not per unit. Four units going to one address pay one delivery.

Is that the out-the-door price?

The quote shows every line: units, delivery, rush or distance charges, service and tax. The total on the quote is what you pay.

Do you add a fuel surcharge?

Quotes do not add a fuel surcharge after the fact. Distance is handled up front with a ZIP-based charge only beyond 30 miles.

Is there tax on top?

Ohio or Pennsylvania sales tax is added based on the delivery address. Tax-exempt groups can send a certificate to remove it.

How much is the same-day rush fee?

The same-day rush fee is $95 per order to one address, added to the normal rental price.

Is there a pickup or removal fee at the end?

There is no separate removal fee on event rentals. Long-term rentals include pickup in the one-time $65 delivery and pickup charge.

Is there a credit card fee?

Card payments carry no added processing fee on our quotes.

Does it get cheaper if I rent more than one?

Each unit is priced, but one delivery covers the whole order to one address, so the cost per unit drops on bigger orders.

If I only need it a week, do you prorate the month?

Long-term rentals bill per 28-day cycle with no prorating. For 1–3 days, an event rental costs less.

What happens in a 31-day month?

Billing runs every 28 days, not by calendar month, so the length of the month does not matter.

Does less frequent cleaning lower the price?

Weekly service is built into the 28-day price. Choosing every other week does not lower it, because the route stop is still reserved.

Do you price match?

Send the competing written quote. If it covers the same unit, dates, delivery and service, we will tell you on the call whether we can match.

Why does the price depend on my ZIP?

Prices depend on drive distance from our Youngstown yard. Inside 30 miles, delivery is included; beyond that, a ZIP-based distance charge applies.

Can you give me a ballpark before I give my address?

A ZIP code is enough for a ballpark. For a final quote, we need the delivery address and dates.

Can you email or text me a written quote?

Written quotes go out by text or email, itemized, with the delivery date and unit list.

Do churches, schools and nonprofits get tax removed?

Send a valid tax-exemption certificate with the order and sales tax comes off the invoice.

Do you sponsor or donate units for charity events?

Donations are not offered, but nonprofits can ask about scheduling on a weekday or adding units to a nearby route to keep costs down.

Payment, booking and policies

Do I have to pay to reserve a unit?

Payment by card when you book holds the unit and the delivery date. The quote is itemized first.

Is it a deposit or full payment?

Event rentals are paid in full at booking. Long-term rentals pay the first 28-day cycle plus the one-time delivery and pickup charge.

Do you take cash?

Cash is not accepted, and drivers do not collect payment. Credit and debit cards are accepted.

Can I use a debit or prepaid card?

Debit cards and prepaid cards with enough balance work the same as credit cards.

Can you invoice my company with a PO?

Contractor accounts can be invoiced after the first paid order. Send the PO number and billing contact with the order.

Can someone else pay, like my church treasurer or boss?

A secure payment link can be texted or emailed to whoever is paying.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before delivery, with a full refund. Inside 24 hours, the delivery charge may apply.

Can I change the date after booking?

Dates can be moved when a unit is open on the new date. Call as early as you can.

Can I book now and set the date later?

A unit can be quoted now, but the booking holds a specific date. Call back with the date to lock it in.

I paid but cannot find my receipt. Can you resend it?

Call or text the office and we will resend the receipt to your email or phone.

The city wants a rental contract from you. Can you send one?

We can send a written order confirmation with dates, units and our business details for a permit office or venue.

What are your rental terms?

Payment, cancellation, damage, placement and pickup rules are listed on the rental terms page linked in the footer.

Unit types

What does a standard porta potty mean?

A standard porta potty is the everyday portable toilet: a seat, a urinal, a 60-gallon tank, toilet paper and hand sanitizer.

Is there toilet paper and hand sanitizer inside?

Every unit arrives with toilet paper and a hand sanitizer dispenser filled. Long rentals get a restock at each weekly service.

What is the difference between event units and job site units?

Event units are kept for parties and weddings and arrive freshly washed. Job site units get weekly service on long rentals. Both have the same seat, urinal and tank.

Do you have flushable porta potties?

Flushing units with a foot-pump flush and a sink with fresh water are available from $375 per event.

Do you have a porta potty with a sink inside?

The flushing unit has a foot-pump sink inside with soap and paper towels.

Do you have handicap accessible porta potties?

Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, grab bars and a 60-inch turning space are available from $295 per event.

Why is the accessible unit cheaper than the flushing unit?

The accessible unit is larger but has no flush system or sink, so it costs less than the flushing unit.

Do you have a bigger unit with more room?

The wheelchair-accessible unit is the roomiest single unit, about 7 feet square inside.

Do you have a hand washing station?

Two-sided hand wash stations with foot pumps, fresh water, soap and towels start at $150 per event.

Does a hand washing station come with the porta potty?

Stations are a separate add-on, because many rentals do not need one. Add one when food is served.

Do you rent restroom trailers?

Restroom trailers with flush toilets, sinks, lights and climate control start at $1,450 per event.

Does the restroom trailer need water and electricity?

A trailer needs a garden-hose water supply and a 20-amp 110V outlet, or a generator add-on.

Does the restroom trailer have hot water?

Hot water is an add-on for cold-season events. Ask when you book.

Can the restroom trailer be locked?

Trailer doors lock, which helps at schools and venues that close overnight.

Are the units unisex?

Each unit has a seat and a urinal, so anyone can use it. Hang men and women signs if you want to split them.

What color are your porta potties?

Units are usually blue or gray. Color cannot be promised, but you can note a preference.

How big is a porta potty?

A standard unit is about 44 inches wide, 48 inches deep and 7 feet 7 inches tall, with a 60-gallon tank.

Do you sell porta potties?

Units are rental only. Renting includes delivery, cleaning, waste disposal and pickup.

Do you have solar or lighted units?

Standard units have a translucent roof for daylight. For night use, add a battery light or place the unit near existing lights.

Cleaning and service

Does the price include cleaning?

Rentals of a week or longer include weekly service. Event rentals arrive washed and stocked and need no service.

What happens during a service visit?

The driver pumps the waste tank, adds deodorizer, washes the seat, urinal, walls and floor, and restocks paper and sanitizer.

If only one person uses it, does it still need weekly cleaning?

Weekly service is included in the price either way. Light use means a quick visit, but the stop keeps the unit fresh.

Can I get service twice a week?

Extra visits cost $85 each. Big crews and hot weeks often add a second weekly visit.

Do you turn the units upside down to clean them?

Units are never flipped. They are pumped and washed standing, so nothing spills.

Can I put my own padlock on it?

Your padlock is fine. Leave it open on service day or share the code.

Do you pump out porta potties I already own?

We service only our own rental units, because tanks and parts must match.

Do you pump RV or camper tanks?

RV and septic pumping are not offered. We focus on portable toilet rentals.

How do you keep the unit from smelling?

Weekly pump-out, fresh deodorizer, shade and a closed lid keep odor low. In hot weather, add an extra service visit.

One standard unit serves about 50 guests for a 4-hour event, or a crew of up to 20 workers for a week with weekly service.

Is one porta potty enough for my party?

One unit is enough for up to 50 guests for 4 hours without alcohol. Add 1 if alcohol is served.

100 guests for 4 hours need 2 units, or 3 with alcohol.

How many porta potties for 500 people?

How many people does a 2-stall restroom trailer serve?

A 2-stall trailer serves about 100 to 150 guests at a 4- to 5-hour reception.

How many restroom units does an emergency shelter need?

Shelters need more than events because use runs around the clock. Call with the headcount and hours, and we will plan units, trailers and hand wash stations with your emergency manager.

Construction and job sites

How many porta potties does a job site need?

OSHA Table D-1: 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers, then 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers.

Do you need my company name?

A company name lets us set up an account for invoicing on future orders.

Can two job sites go on one order?

Each address is its own order with its own service stop, even if the sites are close together.

My contractor charges about $400 for a porta potty. Is it cheaper to rent myself?

Renting directly starts at $185 per 28 days plus $65 delivery and pickup. Compare that with the line on your bid.

Can I keep a unit on a job site for six months?

Long rentals renew every 28 days with weekly service until you call for pickup.

Do you rent towable porta potties for road crews?

Towable units on small trailers are available for crews that move between work zones.

Events and weddings

Do you have clean units for weddings?

Wedding orders get freshly washed units, flushing units with sinks, or restroom trailers, depending on your site.

Can you deliver to a church or school?

Churches and schools get units on pavement near the lot entrance, delivered before the event day.

Do you serve funerals and short-notice gatherings?

Short-notice events follow the same-day rule: call by noon Monday through Saturday.

Can I rent for a block party in the street?

Units in a closed street need the city’s block party approval. Show the permit to the driver or place the unit in a driveway.

Home and residential

Can I rent a porta potty for my house while the bathroom is remodeled?

Homeowners rent a standard unit with weekly service for remodels, starting at $185 per 28 days plus $65 delivery and pickup.

Can I rent one for a cabin or land with no bathroom?

Rural lots and cabins can keep a unit long-term with weekly service, as long as the truck can reach it.

My septic failed. Can you bring a unit today?

Call by noon for same-day delivery. A septic company fixes the system; we provide the toilet meanwhile.

Can a porta potty go in my backyard?

A standard unit fits through a 48-inch gate. The truck must park within about 25 feet for service.

Placement and permits

How much space does a porta potty need?

A standard unit needs about 4 by 4 feet of level ground, plus room for the door to swing.

Will a porta potty fit through my fence gate?

A gate at least 48 inches wide fits a standard unit, which is about 44 inches wide.

Can it go on concrete or a driveway?

Concrete and driveways are the best spots: level, firm and close to the truck.

Do I need a permit for a porta potty?

A unit on private property usually needs no permit. Streets, tree lawns, sidewalks and parks may need city or park approval.

Can it sit on the tree lawn?

Ask your city first. Many cities treat the tree lawn as public right-of-way.

What if the ground is muddy?

Set the unit on pavement or gravel. Soft ground lets it sink and tilt.
