Lewis Rental Works collects only the details needed to quote, deliver and service a rental: your ZIP or address, dates, unit choice, headcount and phone number. We do not sell personal information. Last updated October 13, 2026.

What we collect

When you call or use the quote form, we collect what you give us: delivery ZIP or address, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size, and phone number. If you pay, card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on this website.

How the quote form works

The quote form sends your entries through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, to our business email. We use the information only to quote, schedule and service your rental.

Calls and texts

We call or text the number you provide about your quote and rental. We do not sell or rent your phone number or address to anyone.

Analytics

This site may use basic analytics to count page visits, phone-button taps and form submissions so we can improve pages. No information is sold.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to delete your quote information by calling (330) 248-0204. Records needed for completed rentals and taxes are kept as the law requires.
